He has total of 12 years of experience in construction industry as well as in environmental remediation, abatement, and demolition.  Placido 3 years with NetCompliance as a superintended and has demonstrated exceptional leadership and consistently focus on safety and quality.

Before joining NetCompliance Environmental Services, Placido spent two years at a prominent abatement company, where he earned his skills and better understanding of the environmental remediation, abatement, and demolition projects . Placido’s expertise extends beyond his years in environmental services. Prior to his focus on abatement, he served as a superintendent overseeing the construction and setup of national retail chains in various states. This background equipped him with a unique skill set, allowing him to bring better perspective to his current role at NetCompliance Environmental Services.

Placido’s primary responsibilities are project management and meeting project budget where he excels in implementing efficient schedules and ensuring proper staffing of projects. His priorities are to ensure that deadlines are met, resources are optimized, and projects are completed with the highest level of quality and precision. Included in the project management responsibilities is ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of various environmental agencies.  He fully responsible for quality and safety program implemented ted by Compliance.
